Denny & Mayis Advisors identified excess land owned by a financial services firm that was developed into 250,000 SF 140 unit student dorm. The financial services firm leased back retail space upon completion of the project, rightsizing their operations while increasing branding rights.

Developed a five year corporate real estate portfolio optimization plan that recapitalized $50M in under utilized property to fund the modernization of more than 200,000 SF of office space, while delivering $20M in savings.

Owner representative that put together the team responsible for design and construction of 250,000 SF corporate headquarter build-to-suit office building that upon completion was acquired for $56M.
